Which ones hold their value?
Offers come from the model, the condition and what that exact thing is reselling for this week — not a fixed chart printed last year.
Quest 3 and Vision Pro
Current standalone headsets bring the best numbers, and the Vision Pro is in a category of its own.
- Quest 3
- Vision Pro
- Quest 3S
Valve Index and PS VR2
Tethered enthusiast kit. A complete Index with base stations and controllers is worth considerably more than the headset alone.
- Index full kit
- PS VR2
Quest 2 and older
Still the most common headset out there, and still easy to sell — the value is falling, though.
- Quest 2
- Quest Pro
- HTC Vive

Is a Quest 2 still worth selling?
Yes, though less each year — they're common and newer models keep arriving. If it's sitting unused, now beats later.
Do I need the original box?
No, but it helps. Complete-with-box sets fetch noticeably more.
What if the lenses are scratched or sun-damaged?
Still bought. Lens marks reduce the offer but don't disqualify anything — mention them so the quote is accurate.
Do you buy accessories separately?
Yes — head straps, extra controllers, link cables and base stations. Bring the lot and we'll quote it together.
